Service Technician

Hissong Group, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician for its Kenworth of Cleveland location. The primary responsibility of the Service Technician is to run the diagnosis and perform repairs as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform work as outlined on the Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.

Diagnose cause of malfunctions and perform repairs

Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended

Road tests vehicle when required

Documents all work performed and recommended on the Repair Order

Stays informed of all manufacturer technical bulletins

Operates tools and equipment in a safe manner

Follows all safety policies, practice and procedures.
