FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Kenworth of Ashland is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to join our growing Parts Department team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering heavy-duty truck parts to customers, ensuring fast and reliable service that keeps their trucks on the road. QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely load, deliver, and unload truck parts to customers on assigned routes.
• Verify orders for accuracy before delivery.
• Coordinate daily routes with the Outside Parts Sales Representative to ensure timely service.
• Pick up and return cores or warranty parts as needed.
• Visit local vendors each morning (including engine and component suppliers) to pick up daily orders and handle core returns.
• Maintain assigned delivery vehicle—keep it clean, fueled, and in good working order; report any issues promptly.
• Assist in the shipping and receiving department when needed.
• Follow all safety policies and company procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook and Parts Department policy book.
• Support team goals and uphold Hissong Group’s reputation for excellent customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify part numbers and quantities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in auto parts, heavy truck parts, or delivery driving preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
