"Our truck broke down near Richfield a couple of days ago. We went to the Richfield dealer where Mr Tedesco's crew managed to sqeeze us into their schedule, and immediately ordered the necessary parts and with competence and speed replaced the old transmissions. Our thanks go especially to John. His performance was stellar. We are extremely satisfied also with the front desk crew. We needed two new seats and they were very knowledgeable in expaining all pros and cons. Every one was friendly and very helpful. Kudos and thanks. Doug and Maggie"

"as im writing this, im sitting in your shop. friday evening i had an injector go bad on the turnpike. Jim in service was so helpful in trying to help me get back on the road. i ended up getting towed into your shop with a slim chance of getting out before monday. your saturday morning shop forman got a guy right on it and im about ready to get going again. i cant begin to tell you how happy i am with your entire dealership. i will be telling other drivers how wonderful your dealership is, and i will be back in the future if/when i need any repairs. once again, thank you very much for being here in my time of need.
